When you had it off did you replace any Ujoints? Or any that were borderline to going bad? Did the carrier bearing turn free when you got it on? If all else fails, unbolt the driveshaft from the tranny or the differential, and turn it 180' and put it back in, if still have a vibration, unbolt the opposite end and turn it 180', have seen it happen, rarely but turning the driveshaft one position removed the vibration.
