I was searching for some information regarding ePerks to see what i would find and to my surprise i couldn't believe what some of these comments were actually saying..

the people that are leaving negative comments, can you explain exactly what happened with your situation rather than saying "asked for a refund and they wouldnt give it back"

I don't understand where they are scamming anyone, i have done my research on ePerks and the people that also sign up with them and still i don't see what you guys are talking about????!

-They partner up with real estate agents nationwide
-They DONT offer leads or any kind of home value estimates to get people to come to their site and fill out some survey and sell the information in bulk to some agent

-ePerks DOES NOT have any contracts to make me stuck with them so i can cancel anytime if it's not working for me.

also the reason why i think their business model is simple and effective is because if a consumer has a choice of searching for a real estate agent in their local area. they have a number of ways to find one that would best help them out or so you think:

1.) Yellow pages
2.) Have a friend refer them to someone they know
3.) if your out of state and you are looking for a real estate agent in a area you don't have someone to really help you find a good deal.
Chances are you may get stuck with someone who couldn't even close a door let alone a real estate transaction...

so the options above doesn't offer any incentives to work with those real estate agents.. AT LEAST with ePerks they would be able to search through their local area and find the real estate agent that would offer them the best deal.

and since the clients does not receive the incentive until the real estate transaction is closed, the skills of that real estate agents shows what they can do.

I am a Real Estate agent in the Bay area, California and I have been getting more business than any other form of marketing i have been doing or better yet.. any form of marketing i have EVER done. Most of my territory was captured by other real estate agents because while i was unsure myself in the beginning i started out with just one zip code and now, lets just say I have selected more than 13 zip codes now..
