Yessir that sounds about right. That's exactly how they do when wore out.

The dual mass came out in I think it was 95 + or - a year or so. It's a torque limit deal that keeps you from tearing the drive line out taking off and power shifting.

We always get a old style flywheel and pressure plate out of the bone pile and put a rebuilt old style back in.
