The 6613 or 613 was used mainly for ready mix and dump trucks. It was in no way like the 9513 transmission found in road tractors. The 9513 used a splitter. You shifted through the first five gears, flipped the selector to direct, shifted the box to the 2nd gear hole and then split the rest all the way up. The early 9513s had a push/pull air switch mounted to the shifting lever for the low to direct and a switch in the knob for the dirct to high or splitting function. The later ones had a three position switch mounted in the knob. The 613 was a direct drive non splitting transmission. The bottom three speeds were mainly off road, In traffic one usually started out in the 1st or 2nd hole in intermediate range shifted up to 8th and flipped the button to direct and shifted thru to 13th. That 6610 must have been a 10 speed they used in single axle straight trucks.
