My new old Dodge

I just purchased my first classic truck for restoration. I am usually into Allis Chalmers and Avery tractors but have always loved the 5 window cab design in the older trucks. I bought what I believe is a 1953 3/4 ton Dodge. The numbers inside the drivers door read B-4C-116 and is marked 5800GVW. Can someone help me decipher the codes? It has the 5 window cab, 4 on the floor standard tranny, a flathead in-line 6 cyl. motor, and the title is clear and now in my name. It runs and drives but needs a new fuel line and new brakes. The interior is complete but rough. Body is in good shape with nothing rusted through and the bed could use new wood. Could some of you loyal truck restorers put me on to part sources or any sites that may be of help? I am new to this world of trucks and any info or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. By the way, I gave $400 for it, just wondering if I did all right? Thanks in advance to all who reply.
