1969 Chevy C-50 Throw out bearing grease cup

I have a 1969 Chevy C-50 and the throw out bearing is starting to whine. I finally found a manual and it stated to add grahite grease to a cup and rotate it every 4k miles.

I can not find the cup. Where should it be located? Also what is graphite grease? What name does it go under nowadays?
