Best I can tell, it's basically a K5...a 1-1/2 ton built from 1941-1946. And if I'm correct, it's also a COE, or cab-over-engine design...and the engine would be a Green Diamond, or GRD, 233 cubic inch flathead six. I'm guessing the 99 is the horsepower rating.

But I could be wrong. Might ask the folks at oldihc.org for a better answer.
