the th700 will bolt right in to engine and tranny mounts. after that you'll need to get either a steering colum with colum shift, or an easier way would be to use an aftermarket cable shifter (b&m, hurst) on the floor, then all you need is the the cable mount on the tranny gear selector. also if your radiator doesn't have provisions for auto tranny lines, you'll need to get an auto tranny radiator. and you'll need a few other components such as kickdown cable, torque convertor if you dont have one, auto tranny flywheel. the only other problem you could run into is if your drive shaft is too long or too short, amd you would have to get a drive shaft from a truck with a th700. its a fairly easy swap, and can be done over the weekend. hope this helps.
