My oldest brother has a 1995 F150, 5speed, 4x4, short box, 3.55gear that has 220,000 on it. He's owned it since ~55,000. In the 150,000 that he's put on it it has needed ball joints, one set of front brakes, one set of rears, one rear u-joint, and two tune-ups, soon here the tie rod ends are going to get replaced. But still starts every morning, no smoke, and burns between half and three quarters of a quart of oil every 3000.

If that one has been well cared for you should get another 50K out of it.
