electric shift or vaccuum?to shift, you need to shift the axle for each gear AS NESSASSERY, this means with a empty truck you probably wont need to split shift except in high gear, for a heavy load, this is the general idea, start with the tranny in 1st gear and the rear end in low axle, when your rpms are up, pull the switch to high axle release the gas pedle and it should shift, you'll feel it, keep your clod hopper off the clutch, this will take some pratice to get good at it, when first high tops out, shift the stick to 2nd, after the stick is in second push the switch down before realeasing the clutch, then you'll be in 2nd low axle, repeat up through the gears, as i said this will require some pratice to get good at it
