Well, a 35 Ford flathead V8 was okay in the 30s, but they liked to overheat unless the radiator and entire cooling system was in 100% shape, I'd stay away from it unless you just gotta have it for a 35 Ford that just HAS to be 100% original. If you need a flathead, go with one of the post war ones, with a regular distributor. Shipping, probably most economical, jump in your truck and go get it. What with shipping costs these days, and the chance of damage. John in Ne.
