you can bump the timing up about 4 degrees, back in the '70's we did that all the time, but it was because the town here ranges from 7000 ft to about 8500, and when left at factory settings the trucks wouldnt run well, it helped a noticable amount, if it pings when you lug the engine back it off a few degrees, as far as your burnout, a f250 supercab is a heavy pickup, good luck and just for info in the late '70's the 460 could be had in a short bed half ton, [ i had one] and if ones lurking around there you'll be s.o.l in the burn out dept, mine with the c-6 auto tranny would fry the tires on dry pavement untill it blew them out, [ a feat i attribute to my younger dumber days], ya wont find me doint it these days, tires cost money and so does gas
