it sounds like pretty much normal operation for a non air dryer equipped truck, my last 2 kenworths have done the same thing, ive taken to solving the problem by giving the air tank drain valves a 10 or 12 second drain down several times a day during wet or cold weather,during very cold weather get some air brake antifreeze and pour some in each air tank once a week or so, you'll blow most out when you bleed the moisture from the tanks, but it should avoid starting up in the morning only to find the brakes frozen in the on position, that will really ruin your day
