Exhaust Manifold Leaks

Hi:

The exhaust manifold on our truck leaks (noisy) and we need to fix it for an inspection.

This truck is 25 years old and the manifold bolts have probably never been out and are rusted in. The bolt heads are rusted and are no longer recognizable as bolts.

What suggestions can anyone offer on fixing the leaks or removing these bolts. I have a bolt extractor socket which grabs the bolt but I beleive the bolt is twisting and not comming loose.

Thanks
PaMnd
