79 F250 2wd, bad C-6, put in granny 4 speed??

Have 79 F250 2wd 351m. Tranny fluid burnin
up. I have sitting around a T-18 (I think),
granny 4 speed (know that for sure) that I took
out of my 83 F150 2wd 300-6. I know I would
need different flywheel, bellhousing and a
clutch, anyone know about driveshaft,
crossmember, clutch pedal and misc. I'm
near St.Paul if you have any parts for my swap.
