1952 Grain Truck

Hello folks, I have a 52 Chevy grain truck (I think it is a 2 ton) that I will be restoring after the load of wheat is off, and looking for a great place to get info about this truck. Looking for the books to help put back together right! It is a 16' dump/hoist, straight 6 cylinder, manual trans/split rear end. Will the parts off e-bay for a 52 pickup work on one of these trucks? Wiring and stuff???
