Ford 292 misfire

I just had the bottom end of my 1960 292 rebuilt, IE new bearing's timing chain and gears. Now it idle's ok but misfires terribly when under any kind of load. I made sure that the "dot's" on the timing gears were the correct 12 pins apart. So I cant figure out what I did wrong.
