needing an estimated price for tractor

My sister has a Ford 2000 series tractor. She wants to sell it but has noidea where to start with pricing. It is a 1974 ford 2000 series 3cylinder with manual steering gear shift assembly. Runs good. Could someone help us to get a starting price for it?
