radio for international

I would like to have an original radio for an International Harvester R-100 pickup, 1954 model. I am told they came, when they had them, with two kinds - either a plain Motorola radio that fit in the dash or a radio that actually said International on the facing. I don't care if it works or not, but would like the antenna assembly to go with it if possible. I mainly just want it for looks.
