Spray it with P'Blaster, Kroil or Liquid Wrench for about a week ahead of time. Get the engine good and hot, then hit the distributor with something cold like a shot from a fire extinguisher or propane. (Years ago it was freon) You need to get the area of the distributor by the block good and cold. Tap the thing with a rubber mallot and try to turn it again. If nothing works, engine disassembly may be required to remove it by pushing from the bottom side.
