Polorizing the generator

Posted by Scott(TN) on October 28, 2002 at 09:32:53 from (138.164.194.139):

Would some one please explain how to do this? I have `53 Chevy 3600 that I cannot get to charge (6v). I have had the generator rebuilt, new voltage regulator and every connection is clean, bright, and tight. I just do not know how to polorize the generator.

Thanks!
