70 IHC 1600

Hi:

As stated in a previous question I have been successfull in operation the hoist valve. Now when I move the lever the valve goes in and out but the hoist does not lift. I wanted to check the fluid level but I cannot see a resevoir. Is there one? From the hoist pump I have two hoses running to the cylinder. Iwas expecting to see some hoses running to a resevoir. Is the cylinder also the resevoir?
