Thanks for the reply. Yes the pump does seem to be turning. With the PTO shaft turning I can see end of the pump shaft also turning. (I am assuming that the knob on the back of the pump just below the PTO is the pump shaft.) The valve does go in and out. Where is the fill opening to add fluid?
