First thing to look at is the location of the oil pan, see if it will clear the crossmember, measure the length of the head to see if it will allow original placement of the radiator. You're switching from six to twelve volts, you'll have to use a later transmission, as the 261 won't bolt to the early six. Motor mounts will have to be fabricated, etc.etc. good luck, John in Ne.
