1989 Tony Lama Chevy pickup

I have a 1989 chevy sportside pickup with a Tony lama conversion package. I would like to know the history on this model. Where was the conversion done, how many conversions made, value and any other information you may have. I purchased this truck new and have only seen two others in twenty years. My truck is in very good condition and is orginal with no rust.
