D series Ford

I have a 1772 D series Ford truck, model 0610. I have rebuilt, customised, and fitted a V8 engine into it. Its main purpose is to haul a 10 metre, 5th wheel motorhome that I built. In constructing the motorhome trailer axles, I used components from diffs of the same type as that currently in the truck. I simply cut the ends off the diff tubes, machined them, and welded them into pipes to give me two complete axles with all origonal Ford parts. The problem is that the requirements for certification have changed since construction began five years ago. I now have to provide brake performance figures to satisfy the certifier. The information required relates to the pressure in the brake line when it forces the shoes against the drum. As the pressure forces the shoes against the drumms, it causes the wheel to resist turning on the road, this resistance is measured as a torque, and is proportional to the pressure in the brake line. This figure can actually be calculated, but thats not good enough for the certifier, it must be in the form of a Ford Technical Service Bulletin, or some such other genuine Ford publication. If any one can help, or direct me toward someone else who may be able to help me to acquire this information, I would be most grateful. For the record, the brake parts came from 1972 D series, type "B" rear axles, 13000 pound capacity, with 12 1/8" x 4" brake shoes.
