There should be an ID plate on the inside bottom of the passengers door with the serial no. stamped in it. The model no. is part of the serial no. But remember doors do get changed, so you should look for the serial no. on the frame.
It would be on the passenger side, between the front axle and the rear hanger for the front spring. With that radiator and a Cummins engine, it probably be a B 73 or B 75, but there are other possibilities.
Another good source of Mack info is the Antique Truck Club of America http://www.antiquetruckclub.org/index.html
When you do find your serial no. contact the Mack Museum for more info specific to your truck.
