I'm a young guy (30) and when I started farming I needed a truck. Bought a 1983 K10 4x4 in 1992. Ran the daylights out of it, sadly today I found its replacement, found a 1984 3/4 ton 4x4 that someone fixed up to original that has 118,000 miles on it. It has brand new fenders, cowls, and panels, a new chevy 350 motor, and a rebuilt tranny with reapolstered interior, looks sharp. The best thing about it is I paid $5400.00. I'm hoping I can sell my old one which has 150,000 on it for 2500.00. It has a little rust but still runs strong. Sure beats paying 25-30 thousand for a new one!!.
