The only direct bolt in where everything fits is a 351M or a 400. A 429 or 460 will fit the bellhousing but not much else. For anything but the 351M-400 I would find a junked/wrecked Organ donor of the same year to supply all the little bits and pieces that eat up so much time and money trying to find and fit everything.
351 M is just a 400 destroked by 1/2 inch to 351 CI externally they are the same. Ford did this after 74 to reduce parts inventory. They stopped production of the 351C and replaced it with The modified destroked version of the 400, the 351M
