I bought my 83 Chevy 3/4 ton with 69,000 on it for $4,000. Its body was awful rusty, thats why I got it for that price. I drove it for 50,000, and before I sold it I did A LOT of body work, and had a guy paint it for me. Sold it for $3,900! If it wouldn't have rode so extremly rough, I'd still have it. Traded for another Chevy 1/2 ton. Around here, new 1/2 ton 4x4's start at $27,000. Not including bumpers, doors, or steering wheels.........
