1971 - F350 dually stake body dump (post again?)

I lost my original post?
The FE 360 in it needs a rebuild. (Wont happen till spring or late summer).
Have a couple of donor trucks availble till then.
69 - F100 FE 360 30,000 miles (motor runs well)
73 - FE 390 from F250, (motor runs well)
78? - FE 360 $800.00 obo comes w/tranny and all acessories. Out of a wreck. Sellers word its o.k
73,000 original miles.
I can compression test the first two.
My truck has a np435 tranny (manual 3sp w/granny) rear end DANA 70 4.10.
Any thoughts? I'm leaning towards the FE 390 -but if the price is right I'll go with the F100 FE-360.
