Ford 460ci

my dads bronco is running really bad.so i thought maybe it flooded really bad.(just fixed the carb a float sunk)I was looking for the problem and noticed theres fuel all over the maifold and as i stopped i could here it running on the ground i looked and out of the bell housing gas was running about a tsp. a every 5 seconds. So i pulled the plugs and turned it over cylinder by cylinder. the farthest back two on the drivers side of the motor where FULL of gas so i pulled the dipstick theres more gas than oil in the crankcase.what could cause this?better question how do i fix it?
