I apologize that this doesn't fit in to the forum but I thought I would post here as I have a 1950 F-2 that I am thinking of rebuilding.
I have a 460 ford engine that only likes to run wide open. As soon as you let off of the accellorator it will die. It is a 1987 carbureted engine. I don't know where the problem is. The motor was rebuilt about 35,000 miles ago. The carburetor was also rebuilt at the same time the engine was. Do I have a fuel problem, a vaccum leak or something else. This engine looks like a nightmare with all of the emissions stuff that is on it. Any input is greatly appreciated thanks jake
