Need help! Oil filters for 2 1/2 Army multi-fuel

I have a friend looking for the civilian parts numbers for the oil filters on an Army duece-and-a-half multi-fuel engine. His parts dealers haven't been able to come up with anything useful. Any help out there? Thanks in advance for any info.
