Not the best engine unless it has had an easy life. Usually the driver of these engines slams his hand in the door then drives it, in otherwords you have to drive it like your raging mad to get anything out of it. Also the cams seem to give trouble at 200,000 miles. good luck- try a good ole gas 427 or find a cummins- they are king.
