Seat upholstering for older trucks

I have a 1980 Dodge club cab 4x4 with full size box..big ole chunk of truck and I have kept it in good repair and it still does some of the bull work around the farm..the seat has gone all to heck and I need a source for finding original seat cover kit..the kind that appears original and hog rings onto the seat..I'm sure there is a source, I just haven't come across it ..any help is appreciated..Mike in Exeter Ontario
