I've got a 1958 chev apache half ton long box stepside, two wheel drive. I'd like to convert to four wheel drive by mounting the body on a newer chev frame. Can anyone recomend a year/model of donor truck I should look for that will work/fit the best? I was thinking late seventies/early eighties. Got any pictures of a similar project that turned out well? Would greatly appreciate advise/pictures.
