the 73 and earlier Blazers used a box/double floor pan in the front floor area, to stiffen the body when the top was removed, they were prone to filling up with dirt and rusting. In 74 they put a permanent roof over the front seat to eliminate this problem. Its an area I would look over real close, also for rust anywhere in the rocker panels or lower front door hinge area.
