Your best bet would to grab a set of small block motor mount towers from a 60 - 72 truck. (I might be able to get my hands on some)
Also, since most inlines were 3 or 4 speeds, and I'm asuming you'll be going to an auto over drive, you'll need an automatic tranny crossmember too.
