F600 Cab

Guys, we use a 1979 Ford F600 with an old JerrDan 18' roll back to move our antique tractors, jeep, and implements...the truck runs very well, but the rust is killing the cab. I have obtained very good hood, doors, fenders/inner fenders, grille, headlight bezels, and running boards, but the back of the cab and corners are bad, I would like to find a good solid cab as opposed to extensive body repair. Problem is that a good cab is impossible to find here in Upstate, NY. Anyone have any ideas where to look?
