Possibilites...

Ignition timing
Bad camshaft (flat lobes) or burned valve
Mixed up spark plug wires
Bad dist. cap
Damaged or broken rocker arm or push rod
Air (vacuum)leak due to missing or bad gasket or
damaged or missing vacuum hose
