Yeah, it's a half ton, but newer 1/2 tons are "rated" to tow much more than what I'd think to safely tow with a 1/2.. The vehicle's overall weight won't be that bad... It's a tow rig. I will add maybe 500-1000 lbs of tongue weight, more than likely around 600-700 lbs.. but the overall weight being pulled... I wanna know the GCWR on this thing.. I know the leaf springs meant it had the higher GVW rating.
