61 chevy

today I went to look at A 61 chevy truck that my boss has. well it turned out to be a 65. in very bad shape. the cab is rusted out along with the front fanders hood. the windsheld has a big hole in it where a big rock hit it and the rock is still on the hood.its the size of a baskit ball the side windows are shaterd. its just a pice of junk' but the box is in good shape. one small dent in he lift rear side. no rust. no bondo. sounds werd but thats true. the queston that I have is. would this truck be worth buying just for the box? truck has a good title in storage. thay want $100. for it thanks
