The stock steering box in that truck should be a Gemmer 375, used in F-100 and 250 4X4 as well as F-350 to F-600 2 wheel drives up to at least 1965.
I think that the 66 cab mounts are different and 4X4s to 1965 used a shorter wheel base than the same model of 2 wheel drive. I have a 65 F-250 4X4(great truck) and its cab floor and cab mounts are quite different than a Twin-I-Beam pickup(65/66 F-100 and 250 2 wheel drive) but F-350 to F-600 cabs are the same.
