Trader, I'm currently working on a '46 Chev C.O.E. The cab is mounted on a '75 Chev 1 ton dually chassis that has been extended 6 feet. I used an 170 HP Isuzu turbo diesel with 5 speed manual from a '87 Chev tilt master and it's mounted behind the cab. A 40" Freightliner bunk was narrowed 10" and mounted over the engine. I am hoping to drive the cab and chassis this summer and build the car hauler deck next winter. I also have a '37 Chev 1 1/2 ton dump, a '55 1st. series 1/2 ton and a '91 GMC 3/4 ton. Looking for a 2 speed aux. trans. to get overdrive for the COE.
