Old Truck Engines and Unleaded Fuel

I'm planning on buying a'60 White Mustang with the flathead 6 gas engine in it. Since these engines were designed for leaded gas, is there any additive available to add to unleaded gas to protect the valves on these engines? I intend to use the truck to pull my gooseneck trailer to haul my tractors.
