I don't know. I owned a 71 F600 as we would
call it. When I went in to get parts for it a Napa.
The 71 was listed as a "Ford 600" and not as
an Ford F600. It was a fun truck to drive. Had
the 300-6 granny 4 speed and single speed
rear. Needed lots of work. Bought it for $200.
Replaced the battery, solenoid and battery
cables. And sold it back to the people I bought
it from for $300 at a slight loss but a good
learning experience.
