Chevy S-10 Ignition locked up, can't turn key!!!!!

97 S-10 103,000 miles. I can't turn the key, the steering wheel is locked, and I am using the same key I have had since feb 01, don't even have a spare. this has happened in the past, about 4 or 5 times but usually with enough jiggling I can get it to turn, but this time, my truck hasn't moved since yesterday... Please, anyone I need my truck for work and this is a very annoying problem...p.s. the steering wheel does come unlocked from time to time, with jiggling, but the key still will not turn.....I need help
