We have a 99 F 450 with a power stroke that we bought 3 months ago. The cluth was changed last fall and about 3 weeks ago it went out again. The dealer replaced clutch plate, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and slave cylinder last fall. Has replaced everything again plus master cylinder and lines this time. Just got it back after third time and it still is not right. Bring pedal about 1/4" off floor and clutch is engaged. Dealer standing behind it but he is just stumped. Service manager going to talk to Ford engineers because he has a F 350 doing the same thing. Anybody else have this problem or have any ideas?
Thanks Murph
