70's F-150 Brakes

I have a friend building a 72 (I think) F-150 shortbed. He is wanting to switch to disc brakes. I have a 74 F-150 parts truck. Are the calipers, rotors etc...readily available or would he be better off using later model spindles and rotors etc...If he uses my parts we'll probably use I-beams and all off my truck if they fit. Thanks!
